FILE001 - MUHAMMAD ROOFI MULYA / JINJI
Hello! My name is Roofi Mulya, otherwise known as “JINJI” or “JINJI MURIA.” On social media, I often go by the handle @Jinjilion. I am what you call a concept artist and illustrator, and I am based in Baltimore, MD. I grew up in Jakarta, Indonesia, for eighteen years of my life and moved to the United States for my artistic college pursuits at the Maryland Institute College of Art. I have a visual focus in dark fantasy as I grew up heavily influenced by FromSoftware’s Dark Souls series and my favorite piece of fiction of all time is Berserk by the late Kentaro Miura --my hero.
Other than dark fantasy and the intricacies of armor, I absolutely enjoy making comics and painting the drama of daily life and also sci-fi scenes as I grew up with anime, manga, drama shows, and also video games like Halo 3.
I am currently in the process of creating my own IP called "UNFATED” for future video game / graphic novel projects. I also have experience in leadership and working with teams as I founded and led the FUND4LOVE Charity team organization back in Indonesia for many years.
I also have experience with freelance commissioned works in both character design and illustration.
When I am not working in my studio, I’m a big foodie and I love to travel to different food spots! On other days, I hang out with friends, play video games, and make sure to spend time with my silly cats.
